Your social media footprint can either bewitch you or bless you…

You can’t say you are an INTENTIONAL entrepreneur but you leave footprints that define you as a social media beggar. You may get that urgent 2k giveaway but lose the 2 million that was coming to you in slow motion.

You can’t complain that investors are not interested in your projects but you have trolled every public figure on social media, clicking LIKE on posts or comments that disrespect them and you think they won’t see it . Many of your investors use fake accounts to monitor activities on social media. I once joined a zoom meeting that also had a top bank founder in attendance who told me he follows my posts. I was shocked. Be intentional with your social media footprint.

Keep your tribe, religious affiliation or gender bias out of social media.
I remember this guy who publicly posted on his wall that he can’t marry a Yoruba woman. But in my inbox he was asking me to connect him to a brother of mine who is from the tribe he said he can’t marry from. I just blocked him.
There are also people who publicly share their hat£ of people from other regions, nationalities, gender etc and they wonder why no influential person wants to associate with them. They are usually surrounded by people of their level – no person of substance would associate with such a person.

In fact, be careful how you share religiously inciting or discriminatory posts – your wall can’t be filled with shared religious posts , gender bashing posts, etc without an original post made by you and you want me to take you seriously when you inbox me. Every time you inbox an influential person, they go through your profile first before responding to you. They want to see who you are, how you think etc before deciding whether to exchange energies with you. Imagine they check your page and can’t find one insightful post from you because your page is filled with videos of your papa speaking against or for tithe, videos or posts of a guy talking down on women or a TikTok female influencer asking women to leave a man who has no money, or prayer videos speaking against those who refused to help you to be put to shame. That’s how people lose people they need without even knowing it.
Be intentional. Clean up your page. Share intellectually inspiring content with no tribal, religious or gender bias. Share moderate religious views. if you are an atheist, do not bash those who believe in God or call them f00ls for believing in God. Then you turn around to expect them to believe in your brand. And if you believe in God, do not bash atheists on your page.

Your social media footprint can either bless you or bewitch you. Be intentional.
