Mr. John Nwosu consults with Awka North

Anambra Governorship hopeful; Mr. John Nwosu consults with Awka North and South LP Officials.

Labour Party governorship aspirant, Mr. John Nwosu today continued his in-house consultations with visits to Labour Party Awka North and Awka South Local Governments respectively.

LP local government and ward executives turned up in large numbers to welcome the governorship hopeful and his team. The Awka North Labour Party Local Government and Ward Executives met with Mr Nwosu at The Chidone’s Garden, Isuaniocha; while the Awka South consultations took place at the LP Local Government Office on Zik Avenue, Awka.

Labour Party Students Movement of Anambra state were represent to show their solidarity and support for the aspirant.

Besides speaking on how to consolidate the party structures, Mr. John Nwosu, shared his Governance perspectives with the party faithfuls.
He categorically stated that because the present State Government was not performing well, he felt compelled to enter the contest.

Several Awka stakeholders, notably, former DIG of Police, High Chief Celestine Okoye (Ozo Abilikete), and the former President General of Awka, Chief Emeka Anagor (Chukwukwendu), also addressed the party members and pledge Awka’s support for Mr Nwosu aspirations.

LP Chieftains Mr Oseloka H. Obaze, and Rt. Hon. Benchuks Nwosu, who anchored the event, urged LP members to worked hard to ensure that Labour Party comes to power in Anambra in 2025, well ahead of the 2027 presidential elections.

The Anam Central consultations continues with planned visits to Idemili North and South LGAs.
