AN ATTEMPT TO BLACKMAIL LOLO NNEKA’S BRAND AND TAINT THE OBANI’S NAME
During the December festivities, I woke up one morning to see someone’s comment under twenty different posts on my wall. It was the same comment he copied and pasted all over my posts calling my family th!eves and sc@mmers.
I was surprised and at the same time very offended, I took a screenshot of the comment and showed it to my mom and four of my siblings.
My younger brother Izuchukwu Obani said he got a message from a WhatsApp number accusing us of stealing from people, he said he had a back and forth with the stranger but he was sounding incoherent. He kept saying people gave one Emeka Obani millions of Naira for COS and he did not give them the COS.
Then my younger brother said he asked him, if he transacted with a full-fledged married man with kids and the transaction allegedly went wrong, why is he attacking other members of the Obani’s household, including my aged mom? He kept throwing threats, he will go to social media, he will do this, he will do that.
I took the number and chatted with him and asked why he should write such nonsense on my wall. He started throwing threats, I will go to social media. I will tell people that your brother is a scammer, I will do this and that.
I specifically asked him to go ahead because I don’t know how your transaction with someone that carries the name Obani should affect me.
Now let me make it very clear to you, I Lolo Nneka Obani has always sensitized people about fraudsters, coincidentally I even wrote about visa scams some days ago. I have always used my platforms to seek a redress for those who come to me POLITELY to complain of being scammed, I can’t count how many people I have helped recover their money or advised on what to do.
That Emeka is an Obani and that he allegedly scammed people does not give Kolawole Christopher the right to malign my family’s name or the Lolo Nneka Obani ‘s brand.
I Lolo Nneka has never promoted nor tagged or acknowledged Emeka Obani on my wall for one day, I have been on this platform with this account for 16 good years and the only male I have always acknowledged as my brother is my younger brother Izuchukwu Obani. And if tomorrow I get concrete information that a family member, brother, sister, or Mother etc commits a fraud I will still publicly disassociate myself from them.
I have no KNOWLEDGE of any transaction of such nature and I have never publicly associated myself or promoted the name Emeka Obani
If you transact with an adult and it goes south, am I supposed to take the fall when I wasn’t involved in that transaction?
I know nothing about the said transaction
I didn’t do the introduction
I didn’t participate in the said transaction
Money wasn’t paid to my account, nor the account of any of my siblings?
How is it my business that you did a business deal with Mr Emeka Obani and the Obani’s family is getting attacked instead? IS IT A FAMILY BUSINESS?
How the name of the lady that allegedly scammed people together with Emeka Obani is deliberately missing from this conversation and my name is featuring instead, is suspicious and points to the fact that it is an attempt to blackmail and bring my name into an issue that I have no link or knowledge of just because I am a known brand
What I sell on social media is perfumes, I have never done visa nor Cos for anyone, I have never ever introduced anyone to any individual to go to them for Visa or jobs. I am an individual, an influencer and a vendor with a very clean slate and any attempt to taint my reputation and that of my family will be met with a strong resistance.
With that being said, since you know who you claimed scammed you and you know everything about him, why don’t you get him arrested and charged to court?
Why don’t you go for him through Arusi or something of that nature.
Why don’t you fight him physically?
Why are you not doing all you can to retrieve your money from him?
Do all you can to collect your money.
I hate everything that has to do with scams in its entirety, scammers ruin lives.
The first bulk money I sent to a stranger in Dubai to help me buy perfumes in 2022, the sum of five million naira was borrowed money. If the stranger had scammed me, I would have been ruined completely but he delivered and that is the Lolo Nneka’s brand Untainted Body that you are seeing today.
I will always be against scam and nothing will stop me from going after scammers as long as you drop your messages and evidence POLITELY and not try to INSULT, DEFAME or BLACKMAIL ME. I LOLO NNEKA DO NOT SUCCUMB TO BLACKMAIL.
