H.E. Peter Obi, Hon. Afam Ogene, Hon. Osita Chidoka, and Others Grace Hon. Uchenna Harris Okonkwo’s Father’s Memorial Service and Launch of the Annie Okonkwo Foundation
It was a moment of honor and remembrance for the Okonkwo family as the memorial service for the late Senator Clement Annie Okonkwo took place on the 16th of December, 2024, at the Catholic Church of Assumption, Falomo, Ikoyi, Lagos State.
The event also served as the official launch of the Annie Okonkwo Foundation, a foundation established in loving memory of the late Senator Annie Okonkwo to carry forward his legacy of compassion, empowerment, and commitment to the people. The occasion was well attended by top government officials, business associates, and clergymen, including Bishop Jonas Benson Okoye.
Hon. Uchenna Harris Okonkwo, on behalf of his immediate family and the Annie Okonkwo Foundation, extended sincere gratitude to all who attended the event, especially H.E. Peter Obi, Hon. Afam Victor Ogene, Hon. Osita Chidoka, Bishop Jonas Benson Okoye, all the priests, and a host of other distinguished guests.
