INTERROGATING DR. BERNARD ODOH’S FORGED DOCUMENTS AND FAKE PROFESSORSHIP

By Uzoma Dike

Finally, Dr. Bernard Odoh has made public, some documents which he purports to confirm him as a substantive professor of Geo-physics, appointed by the Federal University Gusau, in Zamfara State.

It is obvious that Dr. Odoh, an APC chieftain bent on using Nnamdi Azikiwe University as a political theatre to execute the bidding of his Party and paymasters, is dangerously smart, but, as common with people of his character, they always fall short taking adequate note of details, especially, in forging their documents.

The documents provided by Dr. Bernard Odoh in an attempt to substantiate his professorship, has, instead of exonerating him, further proven that he is an impostor who has succeeded in hiring some accomplices to help him in his odious odyssey in academic fraud.

The following observations about the published documents will prove or disprove the authenticity or otherwise of Dr. Odoh’s claim to professorship;

1. The individuals who claimed to have assessed his papers for professorship were only able to provide affidavits, but letters from the Federal University Gusau, appointing them as Assessors would have been more valid.
2. The Federal University Gusau, through its registrar has disclaimed Dr. Odoh as a professor in its institution.
3. Dr. Odoh should provide the minutes of the meeting of the University’s Senate which approved his professorship.
4. He should provide evidence of receiving any salaries, either from the Federal University Gusau or Nnamdi Azikiwe University, as a substantive professor.
5. Dr. Bernard Odoh’s letter offering him a tenured appointment as a Professor in Federal University Gusau, indicated that his appointment was subject to assessment for professorship. Can he provide us any letter from the University confirming his successful assessment and subsequent appointment as substantive professor?
6. The letters from his accomplices purporting that they assessed him for professorship, curiously, do not state the dates that they carried out this assessment.
7. Can we see a letter from Dr. Bernard Odoh accepting the appointment from the Federal University Gusau?
