QUEEN NAOMI’S ARREST SPARKS DEBATE

I watched in pain as Queen Naomi’s mother lamented her daughter’s detention over the tragic stampede at her children’s Christmas party, which claimed the lives of 36 children.

The incident has raised questions about accountability and justice. While some argue that Queen Naomi should be held responsible for the tragedy, others believe she is being unfairly targeted.

Her mother’s lamentations, though spoken in Yoruba, conveyed the depth of her sorrow. However, I couldn’t help but think that Queen Naomi’s safety might be at risk if released, given the public outcry and grief over the loss of lives.

The fact that similar stampedes occurred in Anambra and Abuja without arrests has sparked debate about selective justice. Some speculate that Queen Naomi’s divorce from the Ooni of Ife might have contributed to her current situation.

As the investigation continues, one thing is certain – the families of the victims deserve justice and closure.

EXCERPT

I felt pain watching the mother of queen Naomi lamenting in a video over the detention of her daughter because of the stampede that took place at her children’s Christmas party which resulted to the unfortunate loss of 36 children to the cold hands of death.

Her intention to feed 5000 children is causing her sorrow and incarceration. In the eyes of the law, she could be charged for negligence and involuntary manslaughter.

Her mother was lamenting seriously although she spoke in Yoruba which I didnt understand but I would want her to know that if something like this happen, the best place to stay for sometimes is in the hands of law enforcement agents or police cell at least for her own safety.

Many people who lost their children in her children’s Christmas party are still mourning and has not gotten over what befell their loved ones. So her safety as of the moment can not be guaranteed if released.

Some people are calling for her release based on the fact that she was not the only one who organized food sharing program in this Christmas season and recorded stampedes that cost people their lives. A stampede occured in Anambra and Abuja but no one was arrested. Well, I dont know why no one was held responsible for the stampedes that took place in Abuja and Anambra.

If queen Naomi did not divorce Ooni of Ife on the ground that she doesn’t want to be numbered and this happened, I believe with the influence of Ooni, she won’t be locked up in the police detention facility. At least she would have been granted bail while Ooni would then protect her from the hands of anyone who would want to attáck her. Now that she is no longer married to Ooni, the best place to hide for the moment is at police cell for the sake of her own safety.

It is not easy to be a kingdomless queen. Every queen should make sure she has a kingdom and a king protecting her.

I don’t really agree with some opinions that suggest a powerful person is behind her incarceration at police cell even though nothing is impossible in my country Nigeria .

Ooni has moved on and is now married to six beautiful, powerful, rich, connected, educated and high profile ladies. But if it is possible, at least for the sake of their son, Ooni should come to her aid and assist her to regain her freedom especially if her incarceration is not a precautionary act.
