VAL OZIGBO WITHDRAWS HIS THREE APPEALS AT THE SUPREME COURT
AFFIRMS HIS SUBMISSION TO THE CANDIDACY OF PRINCE NICHOLAS UKACHUKWU AS THE AUTHENTIC APC CANDIDATE FOR NOVEMBER 8TH GUBERNATORIAL ELECTION IN ANAMBRA STATE
On sundry grounds of jurisdiction, the Supreme Court today advised that the Appellant withdraw the three appeals lodged by him. The three appeals are:

SC/CV/922/2025- Valentino Ozigbo v. APC & ORS
SC/CV/923- Valentino Ozigbo v. APC & Ors.
The apex court restated the law that matters relating to the eligibility of a candidate or membership are within the domestic affairs of the party, which the court of law does not have jurisdiction. The apex court said it is not going to say anything different from the position of the trial court and the Court of Appeal. The court concluded that the appeals are useless and advised the appellant to always advise his clients on the extant position of law before filing a suit in court. The appellant had no choice but to agree with the hint of the court and accordingly withdrew the appeals.
It is now clear that all hurdles and distractions have been cleared off the road. Victory is sure as Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu ( Ikukuoma) and Iyom Uche Ekwunife’s ticket in APC spreads amongst the electorates of Anambra State ahead of November 8th 2025
