The least Paid in Capital is about 22 Million Naira. That amount has gone up following our successful unveiling in Cross River State – https://youtu.be/VfslH9giV9k?si=lqw4xys-0TPaoVyy

The money is held at Zenith Bank.

I don’t even have the power to sign off One Kobo by myself.

And we have not been hacked too…

I’m just thinking how I will wake up and tell Edidiong Amos Simon Musa Oga INNOSON, Senator Osita , Ossai, KAA , David, Cornel, Frank etc that Big Brain Naija lost 160 Million Naira and they won’t ask me HOW?

I mean HOW?

Then I say “my app was hacked”? They will ask “WHICH APP?”

Even at Transhuman Coin, the two treasury wallets for the project has 9, yes 9 Signatory Wallets and at least 7 people MUST sign before any transaction goes through. I heard VDM called all crypto people SCAMMERS and people hailed him. Chai. Ignorance mixed with good works and good intentions is the most dangerous combination. A good person who is ignorant is a danger just as a bad person who has knowledge.

Let me speak directly to Nigerian Founders Here…

Nigerian Founders should learn to think “WHAT COULD GO WRONG?” before they make any corporate decision.

Yes, you are the founder…. But you are not the OWNER. You have stakeholders – people who have interests in the organisation. It’s important to respect the intelligence of your stakeholders by making them part of every major corporate decision.

We can’t be working hard to restore INVESTOR or DONOR confidence in Nigerian organisations and keep hearing certain news about invested or donated funds – e no good.

I am almost sure VDM is INNOCENT. I’ve never seen him as someone who will disappear public funds. No. But I have always advised him to get a mentor. No matter how popular you are, you need sound mentorship otherwise you will crash. Trust me.

I have received several messages from previous and present Nigerian clients of Gemsbok Group’s Cybersecurity Team asking us to assist with the VDM hacking saga. Unfortunately, our hands are already full. We are prioritising tracking down a certain Zhang Zhe who ran away with $5 million belonging to a Cameroonian brother. I’m personally interested in the search because of the international scope of the crime – a lot of people have painted Africans as the ones who scam others whereas we now see more people coming into Africa to scam poor Africans. I have a passion to stop this menace.

The lesson here is – Once your organisation starts bringing in tens of millions in donations or investments, create a system that makes it difficult for one person to move money – that’s how to protect your organisation from one malicious attacker too.
Note: If you make it hard for yourself to move money, you have successfully made it hard for bad people to also move money.
If you make it easy for one person to move huge amount of money, you have given one criminal the same power to move money.

My name is Charles Awuzie and if you know me, you will agree with me that it is difficult for me to move big funds from any organisation attached to me. So it’s difficult for any criminal to do the same.
